Proposal for temporary U.S. flag (white space and gray area)

1. The temporary flag shall be thirteen vertical stripes, alternate gray and white, surrounded by a gray border of equal width.

 

2. The temporary flag should be flown, following the time and occasions for display outlined in 4 U.S. Code § 6, so long as any state or federal law permits, or when any executive order or congressional bill proposes: a. denial of any person, citizen or not, the constitutional rights of U.S. citizens or those outlined in The Universal Declaration of Human Rights; b. barring any person from entering the country without evidence of violent threat, or; c. deportation of any person from the country without evidence of violent threat.
